Getting you to where you want to be in life

Coaching is a goal-oriented process that’s aimed at discovering new creative solutions and greater self-awareness so you can achieve the things you want.


Background

I was introduced to life coaching back in 2016 by a friend of mine. I spent a transformative year working with a life coach that helped me create the personal and professional environment that I had been striving for. Since then, I have gone on to complete a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London, UK, with the goal of helping others make positive change in their lives.

I’m excited to share my learnings and expertise with others looking to make positive change in their lives, particularly in the areas of career and interpersonal relationships. Together we will focus on the goals you’re working towards by creating clarity, structure, celebrating your successes, and learning from your setbacks.


Sessions

All sessions begin with a free 15 minute intro call. On this call we’ll discuss your high level goals, my coaching process, and get a feel for each other to figure out if we could have a successful coaching relationship.

Introductory package

3 x 50 minute sessions focused on a goal(s) established in our intro call.
